This place sucks. I live here right now and have never seen something so ghetto and crappy. There are American Cockroaches everywhere. I am a very clean and neat person and did not expect a freakin cockroach in my bathroom chilling on my damned toothbrush. The people here just want the money. The room was dirty when I moved in and they told me that, "Oh! Well we do have 196 units to clean in only 2 weeks." Wha' I just didn't get it. I paid for this place to be nice like the model. They, of course, would not show me the room that I was actually getting. The AC sucks and everything breaks so often. The microwave, when I moved in, took forever to heat something up since it was sooooo old. The dryer was not even connected to the hose and looked as if it had been permitting the arrival of not only cockroaches, but also dryer lint everywhere! The worse problem is wondering that when you go to sleep if the stupid American cockroaches are going to crawl into bed with you. I have had them in my medicine cabinet crapping and crawling near and on my toothbrush. They crawl up drains and through the vents. Just come out at night in the kitchen and those **** are there. If you really enjoy being unclean and dirty, then this is the place for you! Otherwise, stay away from this crappy excuse for an apartment complex. What a dump! 60-70 cockroaches in 3 days are too damned many!!!!!!!!

Language is what you make it...I'm taking ghetto back from black vernacular. Ghetto was around even before black speak popularized it.
