This is one of the best apartments I have seen in the USF area. The rent is very reasonable (I only pay $500 a month plus electric overcharges, which usually run about an extra five dollars a month). It's a very clean, quiet, and safe place. I once left my car door unlocked one night and the next morning it was still untouched. I have also left my wallet and money in open sight on accident and still my car was untouched. We never bother locking our doors during the day and we never even touch the alarm which is included in the apartment.

The apartment itself is nice and spacious. The utilities are good and we haven't had any probelms with them. The roommate matching service must be good because my roommates are awesome! There is also a lot diversity here. I've seen plenty of minorities and international students here. Parties occur here just like everywhere but they never get out of hand it's usually quiet at night.

This apartment is also close to USF. You can walk, but it will be a long walk (at least 30 minutes). There are four bus stops, though. I find driving my car to be faster and more convenient, however.

There are a only a few cons I can think of about Breckenridge. First, there are bugs. I see a cockroach at least once a week. Thankfully, there are no rats or other large pests. Other than that, it's a pretty good apartment and I would recommend it to anyone who needs one close to USF.
