I thought this place wasn't bad. The new furnishings/ floors they are installing and putting in are beautiful. I was happy they got rid of the ugly green carpet (haha) and put wooden floors in. People moving here this coming fall are lucky. :)

I know before I moved here a year ago people would complain about roaches being everywhere- I never found one in my apartment- maybe cause I clean' haha

My area was quiet and calm- never had noise trouble, which was good since I would stay home and study alot.

I would always find parking... I don't feel like they check decal tho and i guess that can be dangerous but then again... any visitors are "dangerous" and that happens anywhere. Mailboxes dont get busted into.

Uhm... I never used the pool or gym so I can't really comment on those areas.

Ahhh... now for the negative stuff.

Management was questionable- I feel like there were so many different people this year working in the office- maybe cuz they're redoing the whole place. Some were so sweet- while others needed to deflate their BIG HEADS. I mean please! Smile once in awhile!

The only thing I would complain about is how our AC seemed to break maybe once a month- but at least they fixed it immediately.

Sometimes the internet will not work (does not happen all the time though), but it sucks when it goes down like around the week of finals. arrghh

these little trouble areas wouldnt make me rate this place as horrible, though. I'd recommend it :D
