As you may or may not know, this place is one of those "dorm-like" apartments. Meaning kitchen and living room space is shared. While that in itself is not a bad thing. Assuming you have respectful roommates.

But, as far as the complex goes. This construction is evil. The banging noises typically start around 8 am. Which is fine if you're a morning person, don't get headaches from loud repeated noises for hours on ed and don't work nights. But, is immensely annoying otherwise. This may not effect new renters, but if they decide to do an upgrade while you are renting, you've been warned.

There is not enough parking, and plenty of individuals can't park to save their lives. I have a fair bit of money invested in my car and have come out after parking it the previous night to find dents and dings. That alone, would have been enough to encourage me to steer clear of this one.

The walls are painted with a very cheap paint and seems to discolor no matter what you try to do to keep them clean.

Large black population, which generally isn't noticed. Except when they insist on blaring their car stereos at night and/or yelling across the parking lot. Not saying that other races don't do this as well. But I haven't seen such here.

The beds that they provide are horrible and either a) break easily if you decide to use their bed and are very uncomfortable or b) take up too much room if you are using your own bed.

The new TVs are nice, but not worth the $70 rent hike, as far as I'm concerned. If you didn't have the rent hike and saved $70 a month for a year you could about buy your own larger LCD TV.

Management frequently loses packages and other mail. I'd heavily suggest investing in a PO box as you'd have to go to the post office anyways to send mail out as there is one out-going box that doesn't get picked up until 5pm.

Another note about management is that they are completely incompetent. They seem unable to do even the most basic of responsibilities.

I cannot comment on the pool facilities as I do not use them, as I invested in a YMCA membership.
