Dorm like apartments for USF students, but filled with non-student drug dealers. During exam weeks they seem to do as much loud construction outside as possible. I was woke up at 7:30 am during exam week after studing till 3am for an exam at 2pm. There is still a 4 inch gap between my front door and the frame my electric is enormus becasue they don't see it as an issue, 4 work orders and nothing is done. My roommates room has a duct and vent doesn't work and for him not to sweat he has to get the apartment temp to 62 degrees yet they refuse to fix. Talk to former residents who are students before movng here. Don't trust this to be a safe place for your children in my opinion.

Floors are vinal wood look not woooden floors. Gas is syphoned out of my vehicle daily.

I am not surprised to hear about the non-student drug dealers living there. Most of the residents as well as the leasing staff were very shady during the time I was living there. Not really a good place for any decent person to call home.
