I lived at Breckenridge from July 2007 to July of 2008 and was not happy. Cars were getting broken into regularly and mine was randomly egged along with several others. Stereos are blaring all of the time and the halls smell because of the trash sitting there. Two of my roommates were awful in themselves and we did not get along from day one. Construction would start around 8am, sometimes as early as 7am when they were undergoing the change to 42 North. I hated my lease there and couldn't wait to leave. The office staff is incompetent and rude 24/7 and never want to be helpful in any way. It seemed that something was always breaking. You pay for cable in your rent, yet only half the stations came in and were down during storms anyways. The a/c was either frozen over or not working and the washer/dryer never worked, yet we were promised a new set that I never saw that entire year. We had horrible giant wasp-like things on our back porch all of the time as well. They had a hang out room with a pool table and hockey table but it seemed that you could never play because the pool balls or sticks would mysteriously be gone all of the time. It was alright for a first college apartment, but I would never ever move back there.
