While 42 North is very convenient for students, the rent is anything but convenient for college students. Furthermore, the price is outrageous considering many of the "conveniences" included in rent were anything but reliable. There is limited security; I had two bikes stolen and there were other thefts on the property. The internet is EXTREMELY slow and unreliable. The trash valet service advertised is a joke. Also, the management tries to take advantage of young college students and is slow, if even successful, to solving any resident problems/complaints.
