I moved in at the begining of this year & have enjoyed living here. I used 2 live on campus and this is so much better. Of course no apartment is perfect, but I have almost no complaints. The trash pick up was my favorit part. The security company hired a new dude recently and I see him everywhere @ night which mks me feel good. Rent is reasonable considering everyone is overpriced right now. I recomend it.

I have live at 42 North for two years and experienced terribly disgusting bug problems (roaches, maggots, and flies) all of which resulted from overflowing trash cans directly outside the apartment. I have also NEVER seen a security officer and when I called the courtesy officer they were rude and usually did not respond to our call.
