I'm happy here - I have lived in 5 different apartments in the town and country area and I have to say this is one of the best. The office and maintenance staff are so nice and friendly. I always get my issues attended too, maybe not same day for non emergency stuff but it will get done. Do not stay in Fair Way Oaks - I lived there for 5 years! 2007-2012. They had 3 managers while I was there. The last two were super RUDE!!
