Really going downhill. It's sad.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
They really don't spend any monery to keeo this place up. It's gotten kind of dumpy. When residents move, they remove the dishwashers. They don't paint, but merely touch-up. Thre carpets are terrible. The owners are not professionals....they really don't know what they're doing. And now they rent to anyone. It's sad.
