Really going downhill. It's sad.

They really don't spend any monery to keeo this place up.

It's gotten kind of dumpy.

When residents move, they remove the dishwashers.

They don't paint, but merely touch-up.

Thre carpets are terrible.

The owners are not professionals....they really don't know what they're doing.

And now they rent to anyone.

It's sad.
