Not a good place if you have kids

The apartment is affordable, but the manager is very hard to get along with. She does not allow children out on the property, at all, without adult supervision. They have to be 18 to swim, otherwise an adult has to be with them. There is a monthly inspection, to make sure no one is living there who is not authorized to live there.
A person can feel pretty "trapped" living here.
