I visited the community, as I am relocating from Ohio. The office staff wasn't very pleasant, but I loved the style of the apartment! It had high ceilings w/skylights and a big patio. The kitchen was small, and the living room is combined with the dinning room, but for just myself, its not that bad. The bedroom has two closest w/sliding doors from top to bottom. The bathroom was a walk-thru, with an entry door from the bedroom and the hallway. Again, not big, but not bad! The community property was clean, I saw no trash, and it had good landscaping. The pool is a little small. The access entrance gate wasn't closed/locked, but the outgoing gate was (which I found was common in Florida!) The area didn't seem bad, and it was close to USF, but again, moving from out of town, and not knowing the area that well, I can't make that good of a decision. I wish there were more recent comments about this complex. But on my experience, it was ok...not the Ritz Carlton, but it was nice and affordable.
