The only good thing about this place is that it's cheap. The management is horrible and found every possible chance to bill and charge me for normal items that they are supposed to pay for. When you move out they do everything in their power to keep your security deposit and make you pay more money. When I moved out they tried to charge me for having the carpet cleaned for normal wear and tear that a landlord is suppose to pay for. When I moved in they hadn't even had the carpet cleaned, and I had to notify them. They don't replace the carpets even though 3 people have lived there before you, and if you ask for new carpet when you move in they tell you you have to pay an extra $15 a month on your rent to get new carpet, even though the carpet is old. They do monthly inspections that just make you feel like your privacy has been invaded. They also makes comments on the inspection as to how they think you should keep the apartment or if they think your apartment is dirty. They treat their tenants horrible. This was my first apartment and I had just graduated college and need someone cheap to live, but other than the cheap rent that is all this apartment had that was good. Plus it's really close to a fire department which is horrible for noise at odd times of the night.
