My mother , Barbara Carter , was a very happy resident of ACORN TRACE for several years . I had visited her there many times and i was very impressed with all of the employees and especially Barbara , the manager .This woman deserves an award for her dedication and hard work . She has done a stellar job keeping the grounds immaculate and the residents happy . There is always something going on for the residents - be it bingo or a little party . ( the residents all seem to be very friendly , happy and willing to help one another now and then. )I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the common areas . i am not a big fan of using a public laundry facility , but i never had any qualms about washing my moms clothes there - it was ALWAYS sparkling clean and the residents were respectful of one another.Although the location of the complex is not the greatest, it is very convenient to shopping and public transportation .There is not one negative thing that i can think of regarding ACORN TRACE ! My mother was definitely a happy camper while living there and i am greatful that her last years were happy ones.....

The grounds are fine. Landscaping is maintained, trees are trimmed regularly, lawns are mowed.
