I recently moved in to the Grand Key (August 2005), and I love it. The people are very nice and helpful. The grounds are maintained, and the amenities are great. I live on the second floor and I only hear footsteps from my neighbors above me when I listen for them. The usual living noises are expected when sharing walls, but it is not even noticable. Buying in Grandy Key is a great deal, compared to other condos for sale in South Tampa for over $250K. I am very happy here and would recomend it highly.
