I have been a resident for over 3 years. I have seen the worst of these apartments. Ever since that Sawyer company was taken out the property has been going through major improvements. The manager before let my neighbors drink outside and have fights all hours of the night. Now the lady in the office is very sweet and has talked to those guys and I haven't had any noise since. They just got finished with the roofs and are starting on the gated entry. They are becoming a very established place to live. Will see how it will be in the following months to come. Oh and the maintenance is quick to respond to any of my problems.
