Lets say the style of the apartments are not bad, but the condition ends up being very bad because the management does not care.

It took us one year to get a work order done.They send out a letter and say they are coming to inspect your home but really they are just looking to see if you have someone there that is not suppose to be there, or an animal you never said you have.

The police are here all the time, mostly for drugs or domestic battery.

When you first move in the neighborhood is a little intimidating, but all in all the neighbors are very nice where we live.Make sure your car has the club or they will steal it.There is alot of car theft.As far as management your head manager by the way if the landlord is reading this you have it backwards your assistant should be your manager.Your head manager does not know her job or lets see is it because she doesn't care, either way she needs to go.Maintenance (Head maintenance man) please give me a break he is the nastiest man I have ever met,and pray tell can you tell me what you all do in an 8 hour shift besides walk around and talk to residents about other residents.

I have seen you walk around with warnings for residents, but before they get put on the door of the party they are going to, you manage to show everyone else their business.

Bad news guy find another job your good at, because your a big waste of money for who ever owns this apt complex.
