Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I have lived here for 2 years and I am very disappointed. The tenants leave piles of nasty trash in front of the trash bin. The maintanance staff is nice but their LAZY. Nothing gets fixed in ample time. The apartments and the grounds need a makeover. The tenants are loud and many low income people have now moved in. The neighborhood is not that safe and approximately 65 registered sex offenders live in a 5 mile radius of the complex. If you have children this is not the place for you. If your single and want to save money until you can afford something better than this place is tolerable for that.
