Not That Bad

I have lived here for about 3 years and just renewed my lease for another year. It's really not that bad here. It's not in the greatest area of Tampa, but I haven't had any problems personally with crime or anything (my friend's car did get broken into once, but that'll happen almost anywhere in Tampa).
I've noticed that within the past couple of months the newest management has really made a big effort to improve this place. They fixed a bunch of broken doors, put down faux-wood lamanent in the apartments, and just got done repaving all of the parking lots (not to mention finally cleaning up the HUGE pile of garbage next to the dumpster - eww!).
My only complaints are that there isn't really enough parking; my parking spot quite often is taken because when people have company over there is no where for them to park. I also feel that the pool area needs lots of work; it's right in between 2 apartment buildings (with tenant's windows about 5 feet away... which feels really weird) and it's awkwardly placed in the complex.
Other than that I find that living here really isn't that bad, especially now that they're making improvements! My experience here has been pleasant.
