Extremely small 1 bdrm.apts. VERY NOISY! mostly the immigrant children with no supervision in pool. Chunks of Roof all over grounds, all gutters falling off bldgs,lights never replaced outside, pitbulls off leash use pool area as private yard, 50 bags of trash full of maggotts left in front of dumpsters every weekend, stinking trash left in front of apt.doors for several days,doors dont close properly,ripped screens,no laundry facility, assigned parking my ass (park wherever you like), drunken beer bottle throwing fights on weekends. I now pay less for a larger apt. in a more civilized neighborhood. Only good thing is location. Many stores & restarants close by, but it's still in the Ghetto.
