I moved into my one bedroom apartment in August and have waited to see how it is here. I see a lot of changes being made here for positive changes. The landscape is getting done by my apartment at this time and I think thats good as thats all I really wanted to see done. I really think it is nice for the price I pay in rent, I have a decent sized apartment and can get to work easily. When I come home it is pretty quiet and management seems to be on top of things because they have informed me of things before I even ask and I am not sure if it is because I live near one of the staff members or if they are like this for everyone. I just happen to like the communication and friendliness. I happen to like it here and plan to stay here until I can buy a home.

so all you wanted to see done here is new landscaping? I guess you're enjoying the dead sod they put in. You also must be hard of hearing because there was a very loud party in the parking lot last night & many screaming children til 12am all weekend. I guess its because you're friends with the management you think everythings fine. By the way, 500 sq. ft. is not a decent sized apt. ITS A CLOSET!
