I lived at Andover Club from 12/06 to 12/08, I did not have the problems others seem to occur. My neighbors lived in there apartments for years and also was very happy. I think the exterior can use some work, but the interior is on point. The frigde & stove were new so was my carpet and stuff like light in the kitchen etc. I felt safe walking my dog at night & for my exerise. I think if they spend some more on the outside as they do inside people maybe would not be so catty. p.s. the manager Joy is really nice and helpful.

I think someone from the office wrote this. There is no way that people stick around here long term unless they cannot afford to start over. The outside is awful yes I agree but the inside is not much better. Cheap quality paint, appliances, carpet, and it shows. When I moved in they sprayed my fridge and guess what 3 months later they were suppose to respray it they never did do to no work order ticket written. I purchased my own spray at Home Depot for about $8.00. I fix my own problems and try to keep it clean around here. It is hard when no one in the office truely cares because at the end of the day they have made another dollar and left the crazy things that go on here. As far as safe to walk around here I don't reccomend it robberies, beer drinking, and so much more occur around here and nobody on the staff cares about this either. In the complex numerous robberies have happened check with the Tampa Police department web and view the stats. I am not going to lie about the apartment complex as it seems who ever wrote this did. Bang for the buck huh? I spend more money keeping my place nice than what the so called nice manager Joy has ever even put into it before I moved in. Joy only cares that she gets rent and water so that her boss thinks she does good. I wish just one time the owner would hold some type of get together or survey to us here especially the few of us who have been here a while so that we could show and tell what really goes on here. I would be very suprised if an actual resident wrote this.

I agree who ever wrote this is office staff or one of the "chosen" by Joy or her groupies. If the person lived here in 06-08 what part don't they know about this community that has gone on. The fact that just in the front where the stores are have been robbed, apartments here have been robbed in day light,cars have been robbed,trash has been all over grounds so many times especially by the garbage bins that seem to over flow and carry many bugs, the apartments have roaches no matter how much I spray they don't go away, drugs are in the complex and Joy knows this but nothing gets done I called the local police they said the staff needs to fill out a form to let them patrol on and off the property, security used to be here it was a little quiter but I heard they cut security so that Joy could hire her sister in law and her sister too. Some manager she looks out for her own not treating all of us the same.
