I have been living in this complex since October of 2007. It's not the greatest, but it is ok especially if you can't afford some of the nicer places in Tampa, or if you don't have stellar credit. I don't have very many complaints, and I love the apartment I'm in, it's a very spacious one bedroom with a great sized balcony. It is pretty quiet as well once you put the windows down. The maintenance is VERY slow when it comes to fixing problems - especially if they don't consider it an emergency. For example, I waited about a week to have something fixed that didn't seem like it would require much effort to fix. Also, I have to agree, the hours posted for office hours are bogus...It's VERY hard to reach anyone there and you can forget having your phone call returned if you leave a message. I have left a total of 3 messages throughout my time here and have NEVER gotten a call back, I usually have to keep calling and HOPE someone picks up, or just stop by. It seems that management comes in and leaves when they want to. The sign says the are open from 9 to 5, but they only way they are open that early is if they have one of the maintenance men come open the door - to make it APPEAR that someone is there, but usually we are lucky if they get there by 11, then they leave for lunch an hour later, and most times, they are already gone for the day by 4pm. Makes it hard if you really need something. The other thing I don't understand is what the non refundable security deposit is for...They don't clean the apartments when you leave. I have had the opportunity to see 3 different apts in the complex that are supposedly ready for move in, however you still have to do a deep cleaning yourself...It's pretty disgusting how the apartments are presented to residents at move in. Other than that...it's ok for the moment...you just have to decide what you can and cannot put up with. I'm a single female and I haven't had any safety issues.

I agree with this post 100% accurate! Office staff not around when needed and yes maintanence very slow(always has been). To be honest the office staff does what they want when they want I guess they feel they can because they have been here since I have (for a while). I guess thats how they hire family and let family move in even if they have criminal back grounds. And from what I hear all the people they know and or are related to get better deals here then anyone else. Go figure they get better service too. Maintanence takes care of them first and they can always reach the staff. Guess thats where the rest of us go wrong we are not related and or friends on personal level.

THIS MUST BE FROM PEOPLE WHO NEVER PAY THE RENT ON TIME OR OR HAVE NASTY APARTMENTS...HATERZ i have been living here for 6years true sometimes its a little bizzy for the maintanence to get things done but only when its minor issues ,i think they run a tight ship and besides aslong as my children and family are safe we are great ...

it's funny how this got posted with this comment because obviously the first part wasn't read. I actually said the place wasn't that bad if you read the comment. i'm trying to figure out what part of this post has anything to do with paying rent on time or having a dirty apartment because none of those things apply to me. maybe you are related to management and feel the need to defend them. i didn't say anything that everyone else doesn't already see. i know several people in this complex that agree with me as well which is why i wrote this response. Also I have lived in other complexes and this is the most relaxed complex I've ever been in. There is nothing tight at all about how any of this is run. But again, it's a place to stay, some of the floorplans are decent and it's not the ghetto, so for now, I'm satisfied.
