Apartment community has went down the last year or so. It used to be a very nice place to live. Breezeways are never cleaned nor the lights in the breezeways. Parking is hit or miss depending on time of the month, definitely not enough parking spaces. Gate system has never worked properly, albeit alot of that has to do with people tailgaiting in and breaking the barrier the day after it had been fixed. It's a nice place, but considering the above and the traffic which is getting worse by the day, I would suggest possibly looking on the other side of I-75.
