At first, I loved Andover. But it quickly went downhill. The turnover rate for the office staff is astounding, I only recognize one face from when I moved in. They have gone through at least 3 managers. They are not very helpful and not very nice either.
WhenI first moved in there were several things wrong that they, that took weeks to get taken care of that is besides the few things they NEVER fixd, despite numerous requests!
Maintanence can be a hassle. I once asked them to look at the kitchen light and a few days later I came home and there was a note saying nothing was wrong with the bathroom light! I have never seen the breezeways cleaned, however they did paint a couple of dirty railings.
I do like my apartment but this coupled with the traffic to get to/out of here has me searching for something better.
Whether I would reccomend Andover or not would depend on how your expectations are.
