I've been here about 6 months, and although my experience with the leasing office was negative at first (they were rude about explaning clauses in my lease to me) my overall living experience has been great. I always have great parking which is a change from my last place, my breezeways are always clean, its super quiet, at least around my building, and i had maintenance respond w/ in about 2 days. I'm getting engaged soon and upgrading to a 2 bedroom, so we'll see how the transaction goes at that point.
