Have lived here 2 yrs. Front office has a very high turnover rate and very disorganized. One person says this -- another says that. You basically have to communicate with them in writing because no one is responsible enough to apparently notate a file after a phone call. They also have very poor, VERY POOR personal judgement in who they rent to and take no care to place families near other families and loud, partying youngsters with the same. I mean why would you rent an apartment to three different and unrelated room mates, all under 21 and none of them even college students and then stick them in an upstairs apartment over a group of families with toddlers' Stupidity, apathy and blatant disregard, that's why. One set of neighbors were arrested for drugs after also vandalizing some cars and making life here a 24/7 screaming, cussing, bottle breaking party for MONTHS on end. Another group just got arrested apparently for running a motorcycle chop shop. Both groups featured large numbers of underaged drinkers wandering about all night, nearly every night that the "roving patrol" apparently never noticed. There is regularly broken glass in the parking lots that sits for days on end. The playground is tiny and crummy to begin with and then poorly maintained. The security gates commonly won't let you in with your access code. Management seems very nice when they're trying to rent a unit, but become snotty, aloof and incompetent afterwards. There's no accountability -- they've accused us of being late with the rent twice now and charged us for it even when we were on time, just because the idiots misplace things for days at a time with so many different and poorly trained people involved. They actually lost our rent once and filed a Notice to Quit on us before finding it and apologizing, but only after we could show them the money order stubs and had to listen to them tell us that we are apparently late all the time -- which we are not. Others have had similar problems. For the price and the area, you can do a lot better. Don't be fooled by the sales pitch and smiling faces and just avoid Sentinel properties entirely as the current management here is one in a long line of teams that have just really lacked the required skillset and professionalism. There's some very nice places right out on Bruce B. Downs, roughly the same pricing and far more carefully managed. We're leaving and we're glad.

Who ever wrote this is a ranting raving fool! I think that these apartments are great. I have lived in Andover for 4 years and have had nothing but great times. The office staff is very considerate and caring. As far as turnover goes, well so what. Obviously those people were not the right fit for the property. Do not take the above rating to heart. Some people are just never happy!
