I've lived here 3 yrs and I'm leaving at the end of this lease. Majority of what was previously posted is correct.
The apartments are not bad. Traffic during the school year is terrible! There is an amazing turn over in the office so its hard to say just how good or bad they are. The pools are pretty clean during the week days but are often found nasty on the weekends. Maintence seems to be good. Usually is the next business day after request is submitted.
