Let us start with before we moved in. Our "leasing agent" did not provide us with any information we needed before we moved in. We asked for a washer and dryer to placed in the apartment and we were told that it was our responsibilty to put one in there is there was not in already in the apartment.

When we moved in my roommate and I had a list of about 10 things that were wrong. The day we got our keys we could not move in because there were so many things wrong!

We are now in our fifth month of leasing and have an air conditioner that clunks- but according to the complex that is "normal", carpet that is coming up (which was brand new when we moved in), and to top it off my SUV was just oversprayed by painters. Which again was not the apartments fault or responsibility.

IF you are looking to lease here I WOULD LOOK ESLEWHERE!!! The office never takes responsibility for anything and you do all the work. I moved to an apartment so I would not have to do anything but pay rent and make a phone call when something needed fixed. I have spent more time trying to get things fixed and get paint off my car than I did when I rented a home that I was responsible for all repairs and lawn matienance on!

DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!! There are so many more apartment complex's in New Tampa to choose from, I would look there.

that's a lie because i work there and your SUV (i checked) was not anywhere close to being spraypainted!! and the people that lived before you were people that didnt care about the apartment and trashed it. we could not find you any other apartment that fit your critia. Sorry for the inconvenence.
