I have lived here for 8 months and I love it, we are planning on resigning when the lease is done. The nieghbors are great, parking is never an issue and if you report something to maintence it is fixed pretty much the next day. The gate is always broken and residents complain but everytime they fix it within 2 days someone has broken it again, so they do try. The staff is respectful, especially the handymen. The gym is ok, it has the basics but is 24hr and the residents are always very nice. The area is nice and a great place to run. I have heard of car/apt. breakins but never had a problem and the management notified the residents immediately after it happened. I have lived in apartments for the past 5 years in this area and this is the happiest I have ever been.
