OK. I was a resident for 2 lease terms. Only just moved out the beginning of Dec, 07. Personally, I would recommend this complex to anyone working in or around the east tampa/usf/wesley chapel area. What i liked about addison (apt was on the addison side) was that it was quiet, well kept, and economical, but not cheap. The maintenance staff responded promptly, and the leasing staff never hesitated to follow through with my requests. If I were still living in Tampa, I would certainly be living there... also, the location, to get to work which was way past downtown, I would just jump on the 75 via morris bridge and be in downtown in 35 mins - with traffic... I strongly recommend! Check it out. Its worth it.
