I have lived there for 3 years. The first 2 on the Addison side in a 1 bedroom. The last year on the Andover side in a 2/2. I am not a complainer and everything has its bumps. My lease was up on Dec 31, 07. So I moved and dropped my keys in the drop box as I was told. I called at the beginning of Dec to make sure of what I needed to do before I moved out. I got a phone call today Jan 2, 08 saying that I had to pay another months rent because I never signed a Notice to Vacate even though my lease was up on Dec 31 and there for they rolled me into a month to month lease. Now they have my keys and they want me to pay for another month when I have already moved somewhere else, called them before and asked what was needed from me, the holidays just past, and I am working to support myself and my little brother! So now the 3 good years of rent wont show up on my credit report but if I don't pay for Jan 08 it will!

The same thing happened to me. I switched to a bigger apartment which they charge me $300 to do. Anyhow, I let them know that I moved out and give them the keys and they hand me the new apartments keys. Well after waiting almost two months for my deposit and was told many occasions by new management that I was going to get it back. She tells me that I owe money for a half a month which I didn't live there or have the keys (remember I hand it to them) and clean up which I clean everything out. Since, I didn't get anything in signing because I was just moving into a bigger apartment and was still paying rent to them. Not my fault that they can't keep management in control so I had to pay their mistakes. And let me mention the other things, since I got start. A few months ago, I had to call the police since my neighor was in a minor's face trying to start a fight. My clothes got stolen from the laundry room which include my toddler daughter clothes. Who in the right mind whould do such a thing. These are the type of people they let move in here. And what type of security they have??? Well lets say nothing!!!!! Their little wooden gates are never down and whats the point someone could just walk right though. There are bugs in the apartments and when you let management know you'll be lucky if they come in a week or two. They are rude to you and others as soon as they move in. The are very unprofessional. I guess thats what happens when you get anyone of the street to manage an apartment complex. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!
