Andover Place/Addison Park

Not as bad as everyone seems to think From: student17 Date posted: 5/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I just moved out of Andover. I lived there for 2 years and had no problems. The office staff were always willing to help me out. Maintenance issues were quickly addressed and the apartment was great for the price. The grounds were kept up really well and the area is great. Traffic is terrible, but I think that is just about everywhere in Tampa. You have to realize this is apartment living and there are bound to be bumps along the way...so I don't know why other people had so many problems, but I loved living there. I only moved to be closer to where I work.
