I've lived here for nearly a year now.

As long as you don't mind MINOR problems, like the gate on the Addison Side (which seems to be the bum side for some reason) being driven through every so often, everything else has been great.

We started out with problems in the unit, but, to be honest, the repair guys deserve somewhere near 4 stars for extremely prompt with issues in order of urgency. We had a hot water heater issue, and it was fixed relatively quickly (even though we had to call someone out 3 separate times)

My unit has been EXTREMELY quiet. I only hear my neighbor upstairs on special occasions. I'm probably noisier than them, honestly.

If you do try to come in, though, try to request the ANDOVER side. The closer you get to the point of sales, the nicer. You'll see that the Andover side has A LOT nicer landscaping/flowers, better apartment water pressure, and is kept up so much better than the Addison side.

I live on the Addison side and wish I lived on the Andover side OR maybe one day they will make them both equal with landscaping!

But, if you don't care about those MINOR issues, everything is truly perfect for me and we will be renewing our lease here today.
