This place is a joke. Don't let the landscape fool you. The only upkeep of this property is the leasing office. The "breezeways" have stains on them from animals defecating. They supposely have maintenance clean the breezeways twice a month but it still looks the same since I moved here. When it rains, the sidewalks are flooded and when it dries, the walkway is covered in mudd. To top it off, the people in the leasing office are rude. It's like they are on PMS all day every day. If you need maintenace, make sure you are on them like white on rice because they won't come until a month later. Don't even bother trying to speak with the property manager Karen because I can tell you what the excuses are: "she is out on property", "she is not on the property", "she is in a meeting", "she is with a resident", it is always some excuse and in realty from what I was told, "she really isn't doing anything and she just doesn't want to speak with the residents." It's funny because I hear a lot of complaints and I see a lot of people moving out and now I know why.
