This place is now full of dirty minorities. People leave their garbage everywhere. The parking lot is full until about 1:00am every night and so people park dangerously in the middle of roadways, as in: "Oh no there's a car in the middle of the street around this blind corner, I almost wish that I smashed into it." But luckily the parking lot clears out when people are done doing drugs. And yes I've seen plenty of drug deals go down in the parking lot here, or some people will pull up and leave their car, not parked and in the middle of the roadway, run in to an apartment and come right back out and drive away. There are frequently beer cans just laying around outside in the mornings. I feel like I should have just moved to the ghetto and payed 200 dollars a month for the same exact stuff that's going on here. Please for the love of god, if you have kids, do not move here, or anywhere near here. Oh, and if you have pets, its almost $1000 extra a year, unless you hide them, like everybody here does. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

First of all you're a racist and second of all you must not be living at Andover Place/Addison Park. I've never had a problem and I've lived in the apartment complex for almost 2 years now. It's actually a really nice community in a nice area of town.

It was a nice community when I moved in 10 months ago. Now, it is complete crap. There are a lot of unsavory people here now. A few days ago, I pulled up to check my mail and there were two people sitting in a car smoking weed, right out in the open. People from all over come and use the pools, while management sits in the leasing office and watches. And yes the problem is dirty ghetto trash, it makes sense, because they recently lowered the rent, and many many apartments are just empty now, which means rent will get lower, standards will be lowered, and more crappy people will be moving on up to this "nice" neighborhood.
