I moved into an apartment they rented and when i moved in the stove didnt work and it smoked. I complained to the maitenance man and he did nothing and then I called their office like they advised and they did nothing. I complained for over a month and finally had to threaten legal action before they came in. to look at it. And then my ceiling in my kitchen started leaking and I have complained abt it and am waiting to see how long this one takes.
