Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Critical and numerous roof leaks go unrepaired for months. Walls so thin you can hear your neighbors phone conversations. Vandalism is rampant here - vehicles broken into nightly, no security. Appliances are leftover from the 70's requiring monthly calls for service.
