I just moved into Arbor Lakes. So far so good. The staff and the maintenace guys seem to really care. I came from a horrible experience where I was at before, because I guess the people didn't care since they were going condo.Thank God Arbor Lakes is making renovations and not going anywhere. There are a lot of things for the people in the complex to do, such at volley ball, tennis, pool, gym, free movie rental, and they have a playground for children and my daughter loves it, also the schools around are very good schools. That was a biggy for me when I moved to Fl. because I didn't want my daughter going to a bad school. We are pretty close to everything also. So far so good, no car break ins yet. But I guess from what I heard Tampa isn't really the safest place over all, I can't blame that on the complex. Also, Lots of Ducks here to feed. I hope once all the construction is done that my rent doesn't sky rocket though.
