If you are looking for a decent place to rent then pass this one on by. The place is old, dirty and unsafe to live at. At least 2 cars per month are stolen along with cars being broken into weekly as well as drug dealers living here. They resurfaced the parking lot and towed our car without any notice and the parking lot still looks like crap. Trash every where the sheriff is here on a daily basis. We were told by the maintenace guy that one of the employees attacked a resident and damaged his car. We can not wait till Feb. to get out of here. The one girl with ---------- in the office is rude every time we go in there she sits right by the front door so you get her unpleasant voic=e as soon as get inside. So I AM TELLING YOU DO NOT RENT HERE.

Update review: The other day the DRUG Squad came to bust some of the apartments at Arbor Lakes (review), not kidding there were two big bans that drove straight through the lawn. They surrounded one of the buildings. They all had Bullet proof Vests and the whole 9 years. To our surprise it seams now that Arbor Lakes apartments has drug dealers living here, too.
And also get this. One of the ladies that works at the leasing office, likes to have sexual intimacy with some of the ---- at this apartment complex (one of her ex lovers told us about this). So, if you want to complain about the young people that behave bad. Don't make your complain to her, since she is friends with some them, go straight to the manager. Otherwise your complains won't be reported to the manager; instead she will pretend it is you with the problem. Everyone at the leasing office is nice (including the manager and accountant lady), but watch out with -----------------.

The --- lady name is Debbie (blond one). She is manipulative and has dealings with the drug dealers ( I heard she even have occasional sex with them). Even though she is not the manager, she controls every employee (even the real manger- a sweet lady). Watch out!
