I wont recommend this place. RUN AWAY!!

This place has become the worse night mare of my life!! They have broken into my car twice in less than one month, right outside my apartment. Plus there is always parties going on; some other people like put music outside their balconies. People don't put their dogs on a leach, and you constantly have to watch out to avoid the big dogs from jumping at you. Plus no a single person picks up her dog's poo. So everywhere you go smells like poo, and watch out not to step on it. Most dogs here are quite big, so their poo is not small is bigger than a human one.. EUG!. No one follows rules here. OVERALL IN THIS PLACE THERE IS A LOT OF GHETTO PEOPLE.

The worse I have experienced at Arbor Lakes apartments lately is trying to get some decent sleep at night. It seams that the management office keeps renting apartments to a lot of young kids (ages 18 to early 20s), and they don t go school neither work. They do nothing but party drink and get high every day of the week and any time during the day. The worse it is at night. At night a group of about 10 to 15 kids gather together and go around house by house parting and drinking. They start always around 12am and continue till 4:30am. I find out that they alternate apartments thought one of their buddies. He told me how they operate. They party at one apartment, for several consecutive days. If after a while the neighbor next door get upset or call the cops or leasing office, they MAY stop like for 3 days or a week. But then they will do it again. These parties are not only with people from the apartment complex, imagine, every one of them brings their own friends. Once you know these parties have more people from outside than the inside, but neither of them care about respecting neighbors. When they party inside the apartment then is hard to prove they are bothering you because they only bother the person below them. And the management office wants more than one complain in other to send them a warning letter. And even with it, they don t care.

In my case, after trying to avoid conflict for 6 moths, finally one night I called the cops. That particular night my neighbor brought bunch of people around 4am and stared banging walls and screaming. These people are not afraid of cops because after the cops left they continue their noise. In the incident, I had one of the party makers banging at my door high on drugs, wanting to fight with me. What socked me the most was that he came to my door only one hour right after the cops left (this was around 5am in the morning). He seam to be drunk or on something because he was yelling at the cops when they came. He seam upset that I disturbed his party by calling the cops at 4:30am. Jeez, how unconsidered of me! I should had rented a hotel room that night instead, so his people can enjoy themselves at night during week working days. I guess I'm the only person who works the next day, right'

Side note: The person that left the review below who is 20 years old, and its saying he has no complains... he most be one of the party makers!!.

OVERALL: I was so happy when I moved in here i was looking for nice and quite place. The leasing office told me this was a quite community, all lies. The resident behaviors makes this beautiful apartment complex into a war zone ghetto community. What a shame! I may soon move out just like the rest of the other people that lived here. They were hard working, well manner, and decent people but couldn't take it any more and decided to leave.

Marcjalis, you are the illiterate one. I speak 4 languages. I'm from Europe, which in your case you only know like "GHETTO LANGUAGE." I'm an American too, so don't even try the "GO BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY" comeback. I can tell you are as ghetto as the rest of the creeps that still leave here. We're are glad that you are not longer here. You say that my review is incomprehensible? Really? So according to your intellectual analysis because I don't write english very well then IS OK FOR PEOPLE TO BRAKE INTO MY CAR?, OR IT IS OK THAT I HAVE DRUG DEALERS AS NEIGHBORS? OR having bad grammar means that it is not true that someone put a gun to my neighbor's head on XMas this year? I'll tell you what you are: You are not only ignorant, but also an uncultured person as well. For you to think that writing english well translates to having a brain. Well look at you, you have none. If it's not true that you are one of the party makers then why are you so upset? I'll tell you why. Two reasons: One, you are in fact one of the party makers/alcoholics that used to live here. Two, you're one of the Arbor Lakes' Staff from the leasing office pretending to be a tenant. LOL. Grow up! Picking up on the writing was the best comeback you could came up with? You are so lame.

Tom - believe it or not I too am from Europe, I also speak several languages. But none of that is important, as obviously you have a few issues with yourself (maybe thats also due to where exactly in Europe you're from). I honestly don't care what happens at Arbor Lakes, but overall your opinion is biased and wrong. Try actually paying your rent and maybe you'll get along better.
