We have lived here for Two years and Loved it! I can speak from experience that Yes Some of the tenants do argue, but Arbor Lakes does not tolerate loud noise and will put a stop to it, They have gone out of their way to make it as enjoyable as possible. They have had pizza and bbq for the tenants. The landscape is always kept up. And I think I had maybe one maintenance problem in two years and Maintenance was here RIGHT away to fix it.
It's beautiful, and relaxing. The parking is Great and There is an excellent fitness center. If you still have your doubts about moving in, At least stop by and see it for yourself. It's love at first sight.

THe people that recommend this place is the same people from the leasing office disguising as tenants.. dont listen to them.

This guy has to be a joke, I bet he's one of those ones that didn't pay rent and got evicted and now he/she is mad cause they got their collection bill. I also live at Arbor Lakes and the leasing staff is great they made my move very easy by providing me with numbers for furniture rentals and movers. For the money you are paying every month this place is AWESOME inside and out. My neighbors are also great. Maintance as been here same day for any problems I have had in my apartment. The leasing office actually gave me a resident appreciation gift, now what other apartments can you name do something like that?! So before people go posting these dumb comments they need to come and see for themselves.

Um, Actually No. I do not have any connection to them. And have only spoken to them a few times. I am a resident there. And personally I fought for my freedom of speech and I'm using it!
