The Eden (A.K.A. Arbors at Branch Creek) is a pretty nice place to live. I have lived here since September 2007, but I live on the Southern Brook Bend Area.
PROS
Clean area (especially on Southern Brook Bend)
Nice size 1 & 2 bedroom apartments
Plenty of parking spaces for most residents
Great size porch/lanais
Nice landscaping/well taken care of
Office staff is easy to work with and they try to resolve issues
CONS
The walls are too thin
Car garages are too small
Some residents don t clean up after their dogs or themselves
Plantation Pine Lane is the dirty part of the complex
The fact that their going clothing option
Apartments tend to be too expensive and many people move out constantly

I stay on plantation pine lane and i have to agree that most residents don't clean up after their dogs. My dog contracted hookworms from another dog's poop obviously. I don't think that would've happen if they picked up after their dog. I didn't think our side was dirty.

It's not too dirty, but I just feel its not the best looking part of the complex.
