Not worth the money

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I have had noise problems since I moved in from the people above me. I have called the police several times. The management doesn'i really care and most of the staff is very snotty/snooty. The apts look very nice and are new. Most of the people I've talked to are not too impressed.
