I've lived here for one week now, and have so far not been impressed with the "customer service." My latest complaint: I called on a Monday to have my fans put up, and whoever I talked to said it would be done by Wednesday. Friday rolls around so I call to find out what's going on. The leasing agent tells me she doesn't know who I talked to, but they're not allowed to put up ceiling fans. It's nice that someone called and let me know this before I waited around for a week to get them put up only to find I have to do it myself afterall. And the $150 redecorating fee. What's up with that'' You can do whatever you want to the apartment, but have to return it to it's original state at the end of your lease. So my question is- you have to pay THEM to return the apartment to its original state'' I don't get it. $75 for a gate clicker (only $25 refundable) and $50 for an extra magnetic gate card... a little money hungry if you ask me.
