I check these ratings periodicaly because I like to see what other people feel about the community and I have to say I am shocked. Granted, the ARBORS is very expensive and I will probably be moving when my lease is up, but the other claims about UNSAFE, RUDE STAFF, etc, I just don't see. I have never felt unsafe here. In fact, it's the first time in my life when I've felt safe living in a bottom floor apartment. I do not think the area or the immediate community is unsafe at all. I've never been afraid in here. As for RUDE STAFF, I have found the STAFF here to be extremely accomodating. However, I have also been a person who has always paid my rent on time and have not had any nuisance complaints either. Perhaps the people who find the Staff rude are people who have had these kinds of problems. I find the staff very friendly...to the point of knowing them by their first name and them knowing mine. I just want to make sure this place is not given an undeserved negative rating.
