I'm so glad that the previous poster is happy living in her new apartment. However, just because she is happy does not make the other comments invalid. I, too, was very happy when I first moved into the Arbors. I was a good tenant who paid my rent on time, was friendly with office staff, and do not have other things going on in my life that make me bitter. When I first moved in, I thought I had moved into a resort. I'm sorry if you are offended, but college students have brought down the quality of living in that complex. That is not saying that YOU personally are bringing the place down, but it is undeniable that there are a lot more parties that seem to extend out into the parking lots, etc now. If you look at the cars in the parking lot, you can tell that the clientele has changed drastically at this apartment complex. This complex is NOT close to the college campus either. If I chose an apartment next to USF, I would expect to deal with the issues that I had to face at the Arbors. Carrollwood is NOT Temple Terrace. I'm glad you're happy. I hope you continue to be happy, but don't make assumptions about the lives of negative posters here because our comments are also valid. The fact that you have a different opinion does not justify your personal attack on the lives of others.

The Arbors used to be full...at capacity. Walk around the complex....you'll see tons of empty apartments. There is a reason for that! With all that said, I would still recommend the Arbors. It is an apartment community and each apt community has it's downfalls. I also never had a problem with the maintenance staff. It's not where I choose to live, but it is a nice community, although not perfect.

I moved here six months ago I love the place I guess we are lucky we dont have students in our builing who are noisy if they are here. I actually love the peace and serenity here howver the apts are going to be sold so most people are vacating it does look empty as people move out and in every weekend. overall I give it a 90% it is a great place to live convenient to evrything.
