I have lived here for 2 years and just renewed for a third. I have never had a single problem living here-with the apartment, the staff, anything. There will always be people that will find things to complain about. I did extensive research before moving here and am really glad that I did. It is truly one of the best in the area. It may be a little pricey (not much higher than a lot of worse places), however you get what you pay for. And has anyone noticed the rise in property values in Tampa. It is becoming a very popular place to live. It is very clean here and have never felt unsafe at any time. If you really think that this place is that bad, check out some other places in the area, or some of the reviews on this site!!
