I moved in when they first opened and have nothing but problems since. The community is nice, however, people tailing you in through the gate defeats the purpose of even having a gate for security. There are soooo many problems with the way that the apartments and rental houses were built (they had severe problems with their contractor). I rented one of the overpriced homes. The floor boards creak, and the homes were just poorly built (even the faucets are on crooked). The noise is a big factor in the community too. What amazes me is that the leasing office (which is a whole other subject), admits there are problems (with the gate, noise & buildings), but aren´t doing anything about it. I have been there almost 2 years and had rotten experiences with the leasing office. JUST BEWARE when renting if you decide to. Check your place over BEFORE you sign the lease (9 times out of 10 they won´t let you... TAKE THAT AS A SIGN!)


Parking - if you rent a house you have your own garage... GREAT. If you have an apartment... rush to get a good space.


If you move in and experince what I and several of my neighbors have experienced... don´t say I didn´t warn you.


Let´s just say... I won´t be renewing my lease.
