The vulger music and parties at the pool held by young tenants with mgt's endorsement forced me to take the children out of the pool area on multiple occasions! Management has been rude and incompetant in their positions. I listed multiple problems with my apt when moving in which went ignored! It is all documented. My request for renewal leases went unanswered. When the pipe above my garage broke and ruined my jeep's interior they refused to do anything. They sold my unit two months before I moved out and did not inform me of sale. They still collected my rent and accepted my keys and walked through after my scheduled moveout confirming there were no damages and that I would recieve my deposit back in full. A month later I called looking for my deposit and they informed me that everyone had been fired and the had remitted my deposit to the new owner. Three months later I have received nothing and I am having to sue both parties for violating my lease provisions. Great place to call home!!!'''
